2023 GCNKAA Holiday Cheers Fundraiser Presented by the Associate Council
The 26th Annual Holiday Cheers Benefit is a fundraiser benefiting the Apartment Association Outreach, a 501(c)3 charitable organization dedicated to assisting residents with rent payments during times of personal emergencies or crisis. Monies raised during the Benefit will help support the Rent Assistance Programs of our social service partners:
  1. Free Store Foodbank
  2. Citizens Active In Northside (CAIN)
  3. Jewish Family Service
  4. Santa Maria Community Services

To date, The Apartment Association Outreach has sent more than $148,000 in Rent Assistance to our partners this year. With the current economy, these funds are more important than ever to support our local community and the efforts of our fellow organizations.


Online bidding for silent auction items will open on November 30 and will culminate at the in-person event on December 7 at the Savannah Center. All bidding for silent auction items - whether at home or at the event - will be online.

 

Raffle Auction, Heads or Tails, Deck The Walls, Mystery Bags and Live Auction will be hosted at the in-person event on December 7.
